Sherry Davis, President
Mrs. Davis is a life-long resident of Tupelo. A graduate of Tupelo High, Mrs. Davis continued her education at Itawamba Community College and the University of Mississippi earning a B.A. in Business, a Liberal Arts degree in Biology and a Masters in Educational Leadership. She began her teaching career at Tupelo Middle where she earned the honor of Tupelo Public School District Teacher of the Year and the Walmart /Phi Delta Kappa National Teacher of the Year. In 2002, she became a National Board Certified Teacher in Science and later taught Biology for five years at Tupelo High School. She is currently an Anatomy & Physiology Instructor at Itawamba Community College with 30 years of teaching experience.
Amy Tate, Secretary
Amy Tate was sworn in as the newest board member on Nov. 8, 2022. A member of the Tupelo community since 2005, she currently serves as the Government Relations Manager for the Tennessee Valley Authority. In 2006, she was named by the Mississippi Business Journal as one of its Top 40 Under 40 and in 2017 was in the Top 10 of the Top 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi. A native of Natchez who graduated from the Mississippi University of Women, she and her husband, Kevin, have two children — Avery, a junior at Mississippi State, and Walker, a junior at Tupelo High School.

Paul Mize III, Board Member
Paul Mize, III is a First Vice President of Commercial Lending at BankPlus. He is married to Bonnie, and have two sons, Henry (8) and William (6). Mize, a Top 40 Under 40 finalist by the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal, is a 2002 graduate of Tupelo High School. After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration, Banking and Finance degree, he graduated from the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending in 2013. Three years later, he finished Summa Cum Laude from the Barret Graduate of School of Banking at Christian Brothers University.
Jon Milstead, Board Member

A deacon at First Baptist Church of Tupelo and past president of the Tupelo Football Booster Club, Milstead earned his Landscape Architecture degree from Mississippi State in 2002. He and his wife, Alicia, a former TPSD teacher who is now the EL Director for the Union County School District, have three children — Mari Claire, s junior at MSU, Jake, a 2023 THS graduate who is committed to play football at Mississippi College, and Molli Kate, a 8th-grader at TMS.
