Workforce Development

The Office of Workforce Development connects education with real-world career opportunities to prepare Tupelo Public School District (TPSD) students for life after graduation.

Through partnerships with local colleges, businesses, industry and community organizations, the office supports job shadowing, internships, dual credit, and technical training that align with workforce needs.

Acting as a bridge between TPSD, Itawamba Community College, and industry leaders, the office provides support in helping to ensure students are ready to ENROLL, EMPLOY, or ENLIST—empowering futures and strengthening communities.
