Local Business Presents Technology to THS StudentsMay 13, 2009 On Friday, May 8, Circadence Corporation presented its 2009 Circadence Scholastic Coder Award to a team of Tupelo High School students in Kristie Lauderdale and Tyrone Catledge's programming classes. The award was the culmination of a Circadence-sponsored class project. The winning team designed a website that incorporated multimedia and gaming components. Prior to the award presentation, Circadence representatives met with the teams who submitted projects for judging. The four-person winning team received Dell 22" flat screen monitors from Circadence. The winning team members are Bryan Scribner, Tyler Tindall, Blake Scruggs, and John Michael Angle. Circadence was represented by R. Bradley Prewitt, Marlin P. McFate, Alex Duckworth, Linc McMillan, Will McKeon, and Andrew Thigpen. Also pictured are Mac Curlee, THS principal, and teachers Kristie Lauderdale and Tyrone Catledge.
