That is what Tupelo Public School District students, teachers, and staff members bring to their classrooms each and every day. Our teachers' daily dedication to personalized learning for all students is what enables our district to help every child to succeed.

TPSD is beginning a new and exciting public relations campaign on local Comcast Channel 21 for the TPSD parents, students, and citizens of Tupelo. In reference to parent and community members' recommendations, TPSD will produce a 30-minute show to air twice daily on Comcast Channel 21 from September, 2009 through May, 2010. Each month's broadcast will feature a different school and also include a 10-minute sports program highlighting THS athletics. The TPSD show will showcase our ten elementary schools along with TMS, THS, and our Pre-K Early Childhood Education Center.

We believe this will be extremely beneficial to the entire educational community. In addition, we believe this broadcast allows all of Lee County to view the excellent educational learning opportunities available to our TPSD students while also recognizing our stellar students and staff members. This broadcast will invite viewers to get to know our new superintendent, Dr. Randy Shaver, through his narrations each month.
