Procedures to Withdraw

1. The student will report to the Tupelo High School Counseling Center and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. The parent or legal guardian must sign a withdrawal form provided by the school counselor.
3. The student must return all textbooks to the Tupelo High School central textbook depository, which is the Tupelo High School media center.
4. The student should pay all fees/fines if any have been accrued during the school term.
5. A record of student’s grades and services received will be provided to the parent or legal guardian at the time of withdrawal.
6. Official records will be sent to the new school upon request.
