Milam......Where "Ripples Have.... Honesty.....Effort.....Attitude.....Respect....=Total success!"
We welcome any and all questions and concerns regarding your child and encourage you to contact the school office should you need to get in touch with one of us or to schedule a conference during the school year. We appreciate the opportunity to share your child and look forward to getting to know them as we learn together!
You are able to view our team newsletter on Mrs. Nash's webpage. We send home a hard copy at the beginning of each week, along with all graded papers for your review and signature. Your child will then return them to the appropriate location in his/her classroom. Additional papers may be sent home as the week progresses, so be sure to ask each day if there was anything sent home for your review, signature, or regarding other school related information.
We have enjoyed conferencing with many of you and feel fortunate to have been shown such support during the first nine week grading period. Many of your children have made you proud!
We have placed in the top three fifh grade classrooms numerous times! Our students read and take quizzes to earn reading points each week. All ten fifth grade classrooms are in a weekly competition for the highest number of points. Many are well on their way to earning the priviledge of going to the fifth grade movie day in December! How many points does your child have? The number of ponts they earn within a grading period results in a major grade in reading. What is your child's grade?
