Lawhon School Media Center is a cozy and comfortable place where students can explore the wonders of reading!
Approximately 11,000 volumes as well as books on tape, videotapes and magazines are available for student and teacher usage.
The library opens at 7:15 and students may visit daily to check out books, to read independently, or to work on educational software. Each student is allowed to check out one or two books. Each student is responsible for returning library materials no
later than the day of their next library class (although renewals are possible). There is a charge for any lost library item assessed
at the end of the school or when the child leaves the school.
Parents are always welcome to visit the library with their child.
