The Media Center at Church Street School is the center of a lot of different activities. On any morning you might hear children speaking in English, Japanese, Spanish, or Arabic as they look for books and greet their friends.
After adding an additional kindergarten this year, the upper part of our Media Center also houses our science lab. Intensified time and interventions are done in the Media Center as well as, ELL tutoring and reading with the dog.
Church Street has an open media. The children can come and check out or return books anytime during the school day.
Our school is very lucky to be technologically strong. All of our classrooms have computers and we are presently planning a computer lab in our Media Center.
