Public Information
The Public Information Office is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to all educational staff, students, parents, and citizens of the community regarding efforts by the district to provide each student with the best possible education and preparation. The Public Information Office produces up-to-date media tools that effectively communicate with parents, business leaders, educators and the community. This office serves as a liaison between the district and media, and supervises the production and distribution of news releases; arranges press conferences as necessary; and prepares press information packages for distribution to media representatives covering school board meetings and public hearings. In addition, our office supervises the preparation of all district publications, including brochures for recruitment and orientation of new staff, as well as information brochures for parents of students new to the district and to area realtors.
