- To accept the recommendations of the Facilities Utilization Advisory Team Additional Discussion:
- To provide additional resources to those schools with special circumstances
- To have any plan for rezoning in place on the day that school begins
- To be prepared to move quickly and to rezone if significant disparities occur
- To refrain, if possible, from moving students who have been moved previously
