Procedures to Withdraw

1. The parent or legal guardian must contact the school counselor on the day of withdrawal
2. The parent or legal guardian must provide a forwarding address and withdrawal papers, provided by the school counselor, must signed at the time of withdrawal.
3. The student must return all textbooks and library books to the Media Center.
4. All fines should be paid before the student can be withdrawn. 
5. A record of student’s grades and services received will be provided to the parent or legal guardian at the time of withdrawal.
6. If the student is moving out of state a copy of the immunization records will be provided.
7. Official records will be sent to the new school upon request.
