Procedures to Withdraw

  1. The parent or legal guardian must contact the school counselor on the day of withdrawal.
  2. The parent or legal guardian must sign a withdrawal form provided by the school counselor. 
  3. The parent will be asked to indicate where the child will be transferring to and the reason for withdrawal.
  4. If the student is moving out of state a copy of the immunization records will be provided.
  5. Official records will be sent to the new school upon request.
