Procedures to Withdraw

  1. The parent or legal guardian must contact the school counselor on the day of withdrawal.
  2. The parent or legal guardian must sign a withdrawal form provided by the school counselor.
  3. The student must return all textbooks and library books to the media center.
  4. All fines must be paid.
  5. A record of student’s grades and services received will be provided to the parent or legal guardian at the time of withdrawal.
  6. If the student is moving out of state a copy of the immunization records will be provided.
  7. Official records will be sent to the new school upon request.
