Summer break's over and school has begun!
It's time to see what the teachers have done.
They've put up new boards and some have moved rooms,
And cleaned up with wipes, and dustpans, and brooms.
New copies run off and pencils for each,
They're so very excited and eager to teach!
With smiles on their faces, the kids showed up early,
Some with short haircuts, others with curly.
Their backpacks are packed, ready to debut,
Their new crayons, lunchboxes, and bottles of glue.
So open your minds and sit back in your seat,
